About Us

Stephen Renecle & Associates (SRA), established in 1988, is a firm of consulting organisational psychologists, specialising in the assessment and development of human and organisational potential. We have a small permanent staff and operate with a wide network of contracted associates, each a specialist in their chosen area of expertise. During the past few years, we have served over one hundred, mainly medium to large, South African and international organisations and have close relationships with companies representing all major industries across South and Southern Africa. Our focus (and expertise) is primarily in the area of understanding and solving people related needs which we do through the following interventions:

  • Facilitating Organisational Change –strategic planning, team building, post-merger integration, cultural intervention, problem solving, etc.
  • Assessment of performance, individual ability, culture and values - for organisational change, development, or selection purposes.
  • Developing technology processes to achieve this.
  • Coaching, Training – or other development interventions.
  • Consulting – in support of the above or in order to solve specific problems related to people in the workplace.

SRA is comprised of a team of dedicated Organisational Psychologists who have networked with over fifty highly skilled professionals over the years. Our network of associates offers highly specialised and diverse skills, spanning from the psychological realm to the legal. Hence, we are able to harness the necessary specialised skills required to suit most of our clients' needs. 

Our focus and expertise lies primarily in the area of understanding organisational dynamics and in assisting clients with their people-related issues. Our interventions are tailored specifically to the unique needs of our client organisations.
